We are exploring a legally compliant pooled special-needs trust program designed to help eligible beneficiaries and families plan for long-term needs.
Proposed activities
Program design, legal review, fiduciary and administrative readiness; no trust accounts are offered at this time.
Program development notice: Rize 2 Thrive is not currently soliciting beneficiary trust deposits, providing legal advice, or opening pooled trust subaccounts. Any future pooled trust offering depends on qualified counsel, governing documents, regulatory review, and operational readiness. Donations to development are separate from trust assets.
Support this area of work
Gifts designated to this initiative will be used subject to board-approved gift acceptance and restricted-fund policies. If a program cannot be implemented, any proposed redirection of restricted gifts will follow donor terms and applicable law.
